For those who gave their permission you have been included in this healing. 
Here is what came through.
We are being supported by some beautiful and potent energies at this time.
We are shedding so much of the old, of what is now holding us back and limiting us. The old had value in its time. It allowed and supported our survival! 
Its time to allow the winds of change to move through you and your life, to move you, to clear out and make way for the new. 
The Seer sees past, present, future, above and below all in the beautiful weaving of the all. We are at a place where we can see deep within, see our truth! See our divine, unique and beautiful value! 
Its this shift in how we see things, the shift in our perspective that brings in some lightening fast changes! 
Your value is inherent within you! Its time to let go of the old stories that your differences, that your uniqueness is something to hide or lessen. It is your difference, your uniqueness that is of divine value! 
Lets take a breath and as you release your breath, release the shame you have been carrying that has kept you small, kept you feeling not good enough and less than. The shame you have been holding in your body.
As the winds of change move through you as your breath. Breathing in the divine truth of your magnificence. Breathing out the shame, projections and guilt.
Breathing in your desires, your dreams, your joy and breathing out your limitations and your old survival patterns.
Breathing in all that is to come. 
And so it is!
